Policies

• •Virtual consultations and training calls use Google Meet. Your Google Meet link is unique to this session — use only the link in this email or attached calendar invite. Sessions are automatically recorded. After your call, a recap is emailed to everyone on the session.
• •Strict no-refund policy on all purchases.
• •After you buy a pass, book your own time on the calendar — it is your responsibility to schedule and use it.
• •One-time passes expire 30 days after purchase unless you are on a subscription.
• •Your first 30-minute visit is a consultation. After that, book the same sessions anytime in your portal — same format, same price. We just stop calling it a consultation.
• •After your first consultation, you can book a 30-minute call with up to 10 minutes of film ($175) or a 1-hour virtual private with 10 minutes of film ($200). One-hour sessions may include mental performance planning and developmental training.
